Our CNC service is supported by a total of 28 machines. Plant ranging from 1“ diameter multi axis bar feeds, sliding head machines, 12” chucking capacity and up to 8” multi axis turning and milling centres.
With this extensive range of versatile machinery at our disposal, flexible cell manufacture can be achieved rapidly, enabling high speed delivery with economic benefits to our customers.
Products include; Subsea Stems and Tips, Needle and Ball Valve, Bonnets, Seal Housings, Flange Inserts and End Connectors manufactured in materials from stainless steel, duplex, super duplex to titanium, hastelloy and alloy steels.
